BACKGROUND

I have a very diverse business, which includes household, office and technology issues. I am able to utilize my natural talents to help so many people, and the emotional rewards are immeasurable.

My professional background includes 5 years of private accounting/bookkeeping, 10 years of public accounting, coupled with 3 years of pension administration. Having worked for very large and somewhat small companies has given me a wide variety of administrative experience as well, which I pass on to my clients as needed.

My approach to organizing deals with each client's personality, idiosyncrasies and willingness to adapt. There are basic principles, but I custom-design systems for each client, because I know that not every individual will utilize the same systems effectively.

I wear many 'hats', as we all do, some of which include coaching, mentoring, and in some cases just being the person to whom clients can be sure they'll be held accountable in a gentle yet firm manner.

I realize the connections with ADD, depression and other emotional issues with clutter, and have been praised for drawing attention away from these things and onto more positively charged areas, or if desired, recommending enhancement materials. While helping clients clear their physical clutter, I am also able to help in varying degrees with their emotional clutter if they so desire.

I believe that confidentiality is of the utmost importance for each and every client, and I will never share or sell your name or any other information about you, though I may ask your permission for a referral. I recognize that this is a source of embarrassment for some, and will even remove vehicle signs at your request.

I have been a practicing organizer and member of NAPO for six years now, and developing and implementing organizing solutions has always been a part of my personality.

I have spoken and taught workshops for many distinguished groups of people in past years, and will continue to do so in the future. The response to my approach has been wonderful, and I enjoy teaching.
